GET RELIEVED OF STRESS ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION THROUGH MEDITATION

Meditation is the best method for getting relieved of stress, anxiety and depression. There are situations and conditions when we are unable to handle it and we feel stressed about it. We keep thinking about it all the time and it doesn't go away from our mind. If we use the meditation technique continuously then within a few days time we will realise that we have forgotten about the stress and we are free and away from it. 
Similarly because of some reasons we feel anxiety in our heart and mind. Again if we follow the meditational technique and move ahead meditating regularly morning, evening and if possible in the afternoon. We will realize that soon we are away from anxiety also. 
Stress and anxiety causes us  to get into depression. Medical state in which we are unable to get out of it easily. But with the help of meditation over a longer period of time we will be able to get rid of stress anxiety and depression. 
The technique of doing meditation is like this,with the closed eyes look at the tip of the nose and mentally chant some Mantra. Mantra could be off your own religion if you are of some different religion from Sanatan or Hindu religion. You can pick up some Mantra like Om namah shivaya, Hari Om, Radha Radha, Radha  Krishna or Ram Sita. I have already stated if you are from some different religion you can pick up a mantra from your own religion. If you don't believe in God you can pick up some worldly mantra like may there be peace in world. 
So this simple technique of concentrating at the tip of the nose with closed eyes and mentally chanting some Mantra is a powerful meditational technique which can get you relieved of your stress, anxiety and depression. 
You can find this technique in Bhagavad Gita verse13 chapter 6 where in lord Krishna says one should meditate at the tip of the nose. If we continuously meditate like this morning evening and if possible during the daytime also then we will be master of our own destiny and external things will not be able to affect us.
We should detach ourselves from the worldly things as much as possible and practice this technique again and again as much as possible. It is one of the most simplest techniques yet when we start doing it we find it is not so easy because we have to control our mind and controlling mind is not easy.
The scientific treatment of stress, anxiety and depression is the medical treatment which we should seek without fail. Science is also a part of god's realm. Doctors have spent years and years studying about the problems and the diseases and the sicknesses and have also spent a lot of money in studying about these problems. 
Doctors are the specialists in their particular fields. They know how to handle these kind of problems. I will suggest if you fall into any kind of these problems like stress, anxiety and depression you must take medical assistance at the earliest. The meditational techniques along with medical assistance will easily get you out of your problems. Have faith in god and have faith in doctors and soon you will be out of your problems and will be fighting fit.
To get out of these problems psycho therapists are also the specialists which help you in getting out of such conditions. Combined efforts of psychotherapists, psychologists and psychiatrists can help you get out of your problems at the earliest. Never be scared of taking medicines which the psychiatrists recommend you. God works through prayers as well as through doctors.
Use the meditional techniques along with the latest advancements in science that is medical science and the medicines which are available and soon you will be out of your agony. Trust me you will be taken out of your problems by god, whatever may be your condition. Have faith in him he will cure you. For some reason he has put you in this trouble and he will only take you out of this. You just have to put in little efforts from your own side.
