Meditation is the best tool to control mind and get rid of stress, anxiety and depression. Meditation is the best method for getting relieved of stress, anxiety and depression. There are situations and conditions when we are unable to handle it and we feel stressed about it. We keep thinking about it all the time and it doesn't go away from our mind. Meditation is an aspect of spirituality which is supposed to take us to the kingdom of god. It is one of the most important tools to find the almighty.
