Meditation is the best way to develop self discipline. The regular habit of meditating morning and evening develops our routine, increases the will power, which combined with regular exercise without fail, develops a habit which helps in developing or inculcating self discipline in us. It is said that with will power we can achieve the most difficult thing, which ever is there in the world. Once we develop will power we can discipline ourselves too.
