Meditation is primarily meant for finding god in this life however it can be used in our day to day everyday life also for earthly benefits. Meditation has tremendous benefits some of them are as below
God's blessings
As we meditate we are in continuous touch with God and he is always showering his best wishes on us. With meditation and prayers we never lose site of him and he also never loses site of us his blessings are always with us.
Powers or Siddhis
As we progress in meditation after sometime we come across many hidden techniques and powers which people also call as siddhi's. These siddhis raise our level of intellectual and mental power. It is said that these siddhi's and the powers that we receive in meditation or through meditation are supposed to be used for the welfare of society.
